Drejtoria e Përgjithshme e Pronësisë Industriale (DPPI) e Republikës së Shqipërisë zbaton CP14
Zyra e Pronësisë Intelektuale të Bashkimit Evropian (EUIPO) dhe DPPI kanë përgatitur një dokument praktik të përbashkët lidhur me aplikimet për marka tregtare që mund të bien ndesh me politikën publike apo me parimet e pranuara të moralit.
Dokumenti është hartuar në përputhje me Komunikimin e Përbashkët që rezulton nga Praktika e Përbashkët CP14, e zhvilluar nga Rrjeti i Pronësisë Intelektuale i BE-së (EUIPN). Ai është përshtatur posaçërisht për Shqipërinë dhe jep një përmbledhje të qartë dhe gjithëpërfshirëse mbi standardet e cilësisë së zyrës për vlerësimin e këtyre aplikimeve.
Zbatimi i kësaj praktike sjell:
Qartësi dhe transparencë në proces;
Siguri ligjore dhe parashikueshmëri për përdoruesit dhe ekspertët;
Harmonizim të praktikave të PI-së mes vendeve të BE-së dhe kandidateve për anëtarësim.
Ky dokument është një rezultat konkret i bashkëpunimit mes EUIPO dhe vendeve jo-anëtare të BE-së, për të forcuar aleancat në fushën e pronësisë intelektuale dhe për të mbështetur vendet aspirante për integrim në BE përmes qasjes Team Europe.

The General Directorate of Industrial Property (GDIP) of the Republic of Albania implements CP14 a
The European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) and the General Directorate of Industrial Property (GDIP) of the Republic of Albania prepared a joint practice paper in relation to trade mark applications that may be contrary to contrary to public policy or to accepted principles of morality.The practice paper has been prepared in line with the Common Communication resulting from the Common Practice (CP14) developed by the European Union Intellectual Property Network (EUIPN). Tailor-made to the specificities of Albania, the practice paper provides an overview of the Office’s quality standards for assessing on trade marks applications that may be contrary to public policy or to accepted principles of morality. The paper provides a clear and comprehensive explanation of the principles on which the practice is based. It will be generally applied by the State Office for Intellectual Property (SOIP) and the intellectual property (IP) offices of the EUIPN.
The practice paper is a tangible result of the EUIPO’s cooperation efforts with non-EU Member States to harmonise and converge IP practices in order to strengthen IP alliances. The EUIPO together with the IP offices of the EU Member States, actively supports potential candidates for EU membership with approximation of IP practices through the EUIPN in a Team Europe approach.
The practice paper aims to increase clarity, transparency, legal certainty and predictability for the benefit of the users and examiners.
The practice paper can be found below in Albanian and English. The document is divided into two parts: the first summarising the practice principles’ key messages and statements; the second providing a clear and comprehensive explanation of these principles. It also serves as a reference for all interested parties.
