The Chamber for Revocation/Invalidation was established based on Article 193/a of Law No. 9947, dated 07.07.2008, "On Industrial Property," as amended, for reviewing requests submitted to the GDIP in accordance with Articles 126, 138, 155, 173, 174, and 183 of the aforementioned law "On Industrial Property."
This chamber began operating immediately after the entry into force on June 6, 2018, of Decision of the Council of Ministers No. 315, dated May 31, 2018, “On the Approval of the Regulation for Trademarks,” which outlines the administrative procedure for reviewing requests submitted to this chamber.
