Supervisory Council

Home Supervisory Council

The Supervisory Council is the governing body of the DPPI. It is a collegial body, composed of five members: the chairman and four members, of whom:

  • one lawyer
  • one financier
  • one member of the Prime Minister's cabinet
  • one member of the cabinet of the minister responsible for the economy
  • one member from the structure that covers foreign investments in the Prime Minister's cabinet
The members of the Supervisory Council are appointed by the minister responsible for the economy.

Composition of the Supervisory Council:

The competencies of the Supervisory Council are:

  • Supervision of the activities of the DPPI and the exercise of any other competencies as per the law.
  • Approval of the development programs of the DPPI.
  • Approval of the internal regulations for the organization and functioning of the DPPI.
  • Approval of the structure and organization of the DPPI, based on the proposal of the Director General, after obtaining the agreement of the minister responsible for public administration and the minister responsible for finance.
  • Approval of the financial program of the DPPI as well as the draft budget, which is subsequently approved by the Council of Ministers.
  • Approval of the project for the salary level of DPPI employees, which is subsequently approved by the Council of Ministers.
  • Approval, every year, of the criteria and measures for incentive rewards for the staff based on the effectiveness of the services performed at the DPPI, proposed by the Director General.
