The Evaluation Commission operates as a structure established within the General Directorate of Industrial Property (GDIP) for the certification of authorized industrial property representatives, in accordance with Article 193/ç of Law No. 9947 “On Industrial Property,” as amended. The Evaluation Commission consists of three members appointed by the Director General of GDIP, as follows:

- Mr. Përparim Mezini – Member
- Ms. Gentiana Bardhi – Member
